
Went on an awesome long hike today with some friends! Almost three hours :) and it was superrrrrr hot , like 90 degrees haha i was proud of us

killed it tonight! ran 5 miles on the treadmill and then did some extra cardio on stairmaster. i was going to do legs as well but i was way too wiped, so i just did bike until my boyfriend picked me up.

looks like pilates will be my only exercise today. unfortunately i have a stomach-ache and work 4-10, so even if i feel better later the gym will be closed. =/ but im glad i got to do some pilates at least!

just got back from the gym! my goal was to burn 750 but i calculated wrong and stopped at 700. oops! oh well, still a good burn :)
ran 3 miles to warm up, then 30 min on the elliptical and stairs.

redemption workout! im going to start posting up every single workout on here, not just when i remember or feel like it :) walked to the gym, did some cardio, and walked back. my feet are dyinggg but i feel pretty awesome lol

last night’s gym session! good times. still pushed myself super hard, but MAN my endurance isnt what it used to be! i can run outside for an hour and a half but when it comes to sweating it out on a machine… ugh. still. did a bunch of cardio, and legs strength training + abs. ive been adding abs onto my legs & arms sessions so i think i might just do that from now on :)

great night at the gym ! haha i was there for 2 1/2 hours. did a ton of cardio, then weight training for arms and abs, and then a little more cardio. im sooo done lol

got up early this morning for a run! :)
i also did a 10 minute abs workout video, it wasnt great but it was something. i thought maybe id vary what workout video i did each morning, but now i might just pick one thing and stick to it, like the shred or whatnot. then again, itd be nice to focus just on abs since i do arms and legs only with weight-training…

awesome run today! burned 931 calories, ran a little over 7 miles and it took me an hour and 27 minutes :)

my morning run! it was only a half hour but im glad i got up and did something before work! im going to the gym after work too, time to start getting serious about weights again! im thinking double arms?
another great run today! a little less than 6 miles, took me an hour and 15 minutes and burned 774 calories :)
i love running outside, its sooo much better than running on the treadmill. not to mention it doesnt kill my knees/feet/legs as badly.definitely got a little runner’s high goin right now
