i stopped right after mile 2 for two seconds to tie my shoe and the nike app shut off, and then i realized it 6 minutes later, probably lost about half a mile off of the actual distance because of it

another successful run this morning :) it was raining on and off but thankfully my ipod survived lol
AM WORKOUT: HIIT running warmup, then arms weight training routine
PM WORKOUT: 45 min low impact cardio on elliptical, then spin class :)
ONE WORKOUT: HIIT training on the treadmill to warmup, then legs weight training :)
AM WORKOUT: warm up on stairmaster, then arms weight training
PM WORKOUT: spin class
that time i ran a half marathon for no reason except to prove i couldβ¦

Gym before work: 45 minutes running on treadmill.
Gym after work: 20 minutes fat burn on elliptical, 20 minutes abs, and then spin class :)

Woke up , went to the gym and decided to run a half marathon lol I took two 5 minute bathroom/water breaks between sets πππ feelin pretty good :)
