i skipped yesterday because my knee was acting funky (i think i ran on it weird…) so i didnt want to reinjure it and the only exercise i really felt like doing was running, which was probably how i hurt it in the first place. ugh. so many problems with running.. but its my favorite. why god, why!?
anyway, back tonight. im going to eat a smaller dinner so i can get there asap, since we now know it closes at 9 on fridays =) we’ll see if i wanna do legs too, or just cardio and then legs tomorrow.
