went to the gym!
had the day off from work :) burned 700 calories, nothing to sneeze at
tonight im going to dallas bbq in the city :) they have huuuuge ass tropical drinks and such greasy food, its delicious and bad haha
but whatever i did the work
and i stepped on the scale, its almost amazing that i havent gained too much this past week… weird.
secretly i cant wait til sunday though… NEW YEAR

i cant wait. i dont even really care about new years anymore…. i jsut want to start my new diet lifestyle :) and finally start getting somewhere.

I've decided to rethink food

Junk food is not a “treat”. It’s just poison for the body. Food itself is supposed to be fuel for the body. I’m tired of acting like I’m rewarding myself by eating something I obviously shouldn’t, when I’m only harming my own health and promoting my own weight gain. I want to nourish my body with vitamins and proteins, not slowly destroy it with sugars and fats. I’m gonna do this...

we’re having family friends over for dinner tonight, AT FIVE PM.
i get out of work at 5.
okay.
grrr no time for the gym beforehand, which yes, entirely pisses me off
if they leave early enough ill go after, otherwise i guess im dusting off the old treadmill. ew.
spent a little less time at the gym than i wanted...
but thats okay. this is the week i ease myself back into the gym, so i think if i do just an hour of cardio a day thats sufficient :)
then after new years, next week, i will kick some ass fo sho
